Bloompark were appointed as the Project Director by St Aloysius’ College in early 2017 to manage their Masterplan (Plan Magis) through to SSD approval.

The project involved replacement of the College’s 75-year-old outdoor pool and memorial. The new Aquatic & Fitness Centre features a heated FINA, 50-metre, 10 lane outdoor pool and gym facilities, intending to cater to students for the next 50 years.

Bloompark provided project management services for Opal Healthcare’s Toongabbie Terrace residential aged care facility, completed in October 2022. The development required significant services augmentation and diversion to integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
