As Project Managers of several campus facility upgrades for Autism Spectrum Australia, we engaged the same design team and head contractor to run concurrent Design and Construct work programmes, for each campus’s specific needs, however doing so within the same governance and reporting framework.
Fully operational work sites meant the safety of the students/staff and continuation of day-to-day operations were key objectives during the project.
Being a ‘Not for Profit’, budget management and value realisation were primary drivers for project success.
