Bloompark was appointed to deliver full project management services for Trinity Grammar School’s Temporary Villages 1–3 and critical enabling works—key components supporting the ongoing Renewal Project.
Working within a live school environment, Bloompark successfully managed the delivery of the works with separate contractors on site. The project was delivered under a Construction Management (CM) model.
The scope included the design and construct of a total of 29 general learning areas (GLAs), 4 staff rooms, amenities, associated circulation spaces and repurposing of existing areas. These facilities were essential in maintaining uninterrupted school operations and ensuring concurrent growth of core student population growth during the construction phases of the broader Renewal Project.
Through Bloompark’s detailed planning, strong communication, and robust risk management, the project was completed on time and under budget—delivering outstanding value and minimal disruption to the school community.
