Bloompark were appointed to provide full project management services for Trinity Grammar School’s $140 million multi-stage Renewal Project.
Focusing on the successful delivery of Stages 1 & 2, Bloompark navigated the intricacies of a live school site and a State Significant Development (SSD), leading neighbour and community engagement while coordinating detailed staging and decanting strategies. This included the establishment of three temporary learning villages—encompassing 29 GLA classrooms, 4 staff rooms, and amenities—to maintain operations during construction.
Delivered under a DF&C contract, Stages 1 & 2 comprised a new linked basement car park, Oval number 3 constructed on the car park roof, through-site connections, upgrades to outdoor areas and the public domain, and a new maintenance facility—laying the groundwork for the School’s future expansion
