Bloompark were engaged to provide full project management services for Trinity Grammar School’s ambitious $140 million Renewal Project—an extensive redevelopment aligned with the School’s long-term strategic vision.
The commission spans from Masterplan development through to the delivery of 5 major stages of construction works. Stages 1 & 2 are now complete, with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) successfully undertaken for Stages 3–5. Stage 3A is currently under construction.
Trinity Grammar School initially appointed Bloompark in December 2018 to undertake a comprehensive Masterplan study for the Summer Hill campus. This study involved an in-depth review of existing facilities, extensive stakeholder consultation, the development of a strategic brief, and alignment with the School’s educational ambitions and local council planning requirements.
The resulting Masterplan provides a clear roadmap for the School’s physical development over the next 20 years—supporting its growth, enhancing student learning outcomes, and ensuring the campus remains a dynamic, future-ready environment.
