In 2023, Bloompark was engaged to lead the development of a visionary Masterplan for a major K–12 school transformation at MFIS Beaumont Hills campus.
Bloompark has assembled and coordinated a specialist consultant team to progress the State Significant Development (SSD) application, placing a strong focus on community consultation, traffic planning, bushfire safety, site remediation, and neighbour engagement.
Designed to be delivered over five stages across 25 years, the Masterplan will support the campus’s evolution into a future-ready learning environment for 1,300 students, 124 staff, and an early learning centre catering for 40 children and 7 educators. With SSD determination anticipated in late 2025, Stage 1 is forecast to go live in 2028.
