Bloompark were engaged to finalise a contractual defect dispute, and Deed of Settlement, which included the remediation of the facade at Emerant Lane.
A collaborative approach by the whole project team was required to mitigate access constraints, coordinate staging, and maintain resident safety and comfort throughout the works for the 85 occupied units.
Strong leadership and open communication were key to smooth delivery within a live site.
The project was completed ahead of schedule, delivering a high-quality result—a revitalised façade that enhances the building’s appearance while reinforcing its structural integrity and longevity for its residents.
