Bloompark have been appointed by the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney to manage the delivery of the New Archive Facility in Leichhardt.
The facility is a highly specialised archive store for the client to retain significant archival records and artefacts. The services designs for the archive storerooms are required to meet stringent tolerance bands of temperature and humidity fluctuation per day to prevent unnecessary loss of archived materials.
The design of the externals of the building are also bespoke in their architectural form, as designed by the architects.
Completion of the project is forecast for Q3 2026.
