Bloompark undertook the project management of the Bupa Sutherland Retirement Village project managing the authority approvals, design and construction.
The Bupa Sutherland Retirement Village project involved the construction of 82 Independent Living Units (ILU’s) across two towers with a common ground floor podium level and basement that integrated into the existing RACF basement carpark.
Approval process incorporated a concurrent land exchange with Sutherland Shire Council, involving parallel rezoning and subdivision activities, and a Voluntary Planning Agreement to construct new adjacent public park and playground.
