Bloompark were engaged by the Belvoir Street Theatre Company (Belvoir) to manage the delivery of their Foyer Refurbishment project within the Belvoir Street Theatre building in Surry Hills.
Belvoir had a fixed window of opportunity for the construction works to occur on site whilst the theatre was in an 8-week ‘black out’ period whilst performances were being held off site.
Bloompark, in collaboration with the architect and contractor, undertook a rapid early contractor involvement (ECI) process to validate the existing site conditions and design prior to finalising the works. The foyer’s construction works were completed and handed back to Belvoir within the planned 8-week timeframe, supporting the client’s program requirements and minimising disruption to operations.
