Bloompark were appointed to manage the delivery of the 563 Pacific Highway residential apartment development in 2019.
The development involved the construction of 17 apartments, a communal rooftop outdoor terrace and garden, three-storey basement carpark including car turntable and car stacker and two-floors of commercial lettable space on the ground levels.
The site sits over the Sydney Metro tunnel adjacent to the Crows Nest station, which required significant consultation and investigation works be undertaken with the light rail authority prior to commencing construction.
The site has dual frontage to the Pacific Highway and the rear laneway, providing improved access for the contractor during the works.
The works were delivered via a D&C contract, on time and within budget.
