Project Synopsis

Bloompark Consulting were appointed in late 2016 as the nominated Project Managers for the conversion of two heritage listed Victorian style terraces.  The terraces were originally used as office and storage and after extensive refurbishment and remodelling now house the back of house services for the College which included Finance and Accounts.

The project had an extremely restricted footprint combined with a tight construction programme.  The project required extensive coordination between College Operations, Design/Heritage and Contractor teams to successfully deliver the end result, which Bloompark delivered on time and under budget.

The Head Contractor, RBG Services was awarded the honourable Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Award for the Private Schools division valued up to $1,000,000 for their work on this project.
