Project Synopsis

Bloompark Consulting were appointed in July 2018 by Loreto Kirribilli as the nominated Project Managers to deliver the Loreto Kirribilli Innovation Centre (LKIC) project.

This project is a State Significant Development (CIV $30m) with a forecast completion of early 2021.

The LKIC project is Stage 1 of the Loreto 50 year Masterplan to gradually redevelop or replace buildings with dynamic, versatile spaces and studios, which will foster cross curricular and innovative learning, including STEM, enabling Loreto Kirribilli to better utilise the landlocked site and enhance the site’s accessibility.

Stage 1 consists of demolition of an existing building to construct a seven-storey Innovation Centre including four-levels of basement and a roof terrace; extension to the existing gymnasium and construction of associated multi-level connector pods with ramps and stairs.

Stage 1 also includes alterations and refurbishment of existing buildings, including the refurbishment of the existing TAS classrooms.
