Project Synopsis

The Balmoral Beach Club (“BBC”) is situated on the edge of Edwards Beach, the northernmost of the two beaches which make up Balmoral on Sydney Harbour. Established in 1914, The Purpose of the BBC is to provide accessible beach facilities for all its 2000 members.

Bloompark Consulting continue their ongoing relationship with the BBC being re-engaged in 2018 as the nominated Project Managers for the BBC’s Mens Change Room Upgrade.

The challenges of a semi open change room facility both on design and construction produced another modern and timeless space for club members to enjoy.
